Explained · running contract

Better telecom management while your contract runs

You do not have to wait until your telecom contract ends. Yet better telecom management often waits for the new contract.

Meanwhile finance keeps asking who the charges on the invoice belong to. And at the next tender you buy based on that same invoice.

Valvarius by RoamIQ, the telecom management portal, sits on top of the contract you already have. You keep your operator and your contract.

What you gain now, and what you take to the next tender

That is the first thing we look at together: which operator, which systems, and what can already run by itself.

Day-to-day management improves now

New colleagues and leavers no longer have to go through emails and tickets. You do not need a new contract for that.

Cancelling when employees leave

Your next tender starts with facts

You know how many lines are really used, which have no usage and what each department uses. So you are not negotiating on the basis of an old invoice.

Your environment stays when you switch operators

Portal, administration and history stay with you. If you switch operators later, you simply carry on in the same environment.

How do you start improving telecom management during a running contract?

You start with what is already there: the lines and invoices of your current operator. Valvarius imports them and links them to employees, so you see who has what and what it costs. Together we then connect Valvarius to your work accounts, and from that point joiners and leavers are handled through Valvarius.

Getting started doubles as a clean-up. Subscriptions with no usage and lines belonging to people who have left come up immediately.

So we get another supplier?

Yes. But Valvarius does not replace your operator and does not sell subscriptions. It picks up the work that now falls between the operator, IT and finance. Valvarius runs in the EU, records every change, and we work in line with ISO 27001. If you have supplier requirements, we go through them together.

A question for procurement and IT: what data about our lines do we want on the table at the next tender?

The answer shows what you can start collecting now.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to cancel our contract?

No

We start with the lines you already have.

Does this work with our operator?

We check that straight away

Valvarius is directly integrated with the operators our customers use today. If you use a different one, we work it out together.

What do employees notice?

A portal on top

Nothing changes about their connection. They sign in with the work account they already have and see their own subscription, usage and costs.

What does it cost?

Fixed fee, tailored setup

Valvarius has a fixed fee; only the setup differs per organisation. We work out what that means for you in the first conversation.

What is possible now, with the contract you have?

In a half-hour meeting we'll put your operator, your invoice and today's management side by side. Afterwards you'll know what can improve now, what can wait and what you want to lock in at the next tender. No need to bring the contract. In the Netherlands we come to your office; elsewhere we meet on Microsoft Teams.
