About RoamIQ
We are a software company that happens to supply connectivity too
RoamIQ started with travel connectivity. In those conversations the SIM card mattered less and less and the process around it more and more: who requests, who approves, who sees the usage, why is this not in our own system. That is what we started building the platform for. The connectivity is still there, but it is now one of the services running on top.
What matters to us
Not tied to one network
We are not an operator and do not want to become one. That means we work with several network partners per country and that a customer switching contracts does not affect our platform. For telecom operators it makes us a technical partner rather than a competitor.
How we build
Integration over re-entry
Every function in the portal is also an API call. That is not a technical luxury but the starting point: an organisation should be able to keep using its own systems and not end up with us as yet another separate environment alongside them. What we build deals with employee connections and usage data, so access, logging and data minimisation are part of the design rather than something added later.
