For organisations

Mobile management that no longer leans on one person

In many organisations mobile telephony depends on one person with a spreadsheet: who has which number, which SIM card is still in the drawer, who left last month. That works until that person goes on holiday. We put the process in a portal, with integrations to the systems that already exist.

Alongside your current contract

You do not have to switch to get started

The platform is independent of the operator. If a contract still has two years to run, we integrate with it and nothing changes about the connection. If you want to buy the connectivity from us as well, you can, service by service and on your own schedule.

  • Starting with one department or one site is fine
  • Switching contracts does not affect the portal or the integrations
  • Numbers and connections stay the property of the organisation

Different roles, different worries

Managing business mobile: who feels the pain

The employee

Wants a working connection today, not a ticket with a lead time. Logs in with their own account and arranges it themselves: ordering, SIM swaps, checking usage, a Travelsim for a trip, blocking on loss.

IT

Does not want another management silo. Rollout runs through Intune or Jamf, access through SSO, assets sit in the ITSM platform and everything is traceable in the audit trail. Caps and alerting prevent surprises.

HR

Does not have to report joiners and leavers separately. A new employee in the HR system is the trigger; a leaving date is the trigger to deactivate or transfer.

Finance

Gets costs per department, site or cost centre instead of one total, and sees which connections keep running without a user.

What you are left with

Work that disappears

Not one big saving, but a series of actions nobody has to perform any more.

Request emails

Users order in the portal themselves, within the rules IT has set

Stock keeping

eSIM profiles are issued digitally, there is no box of SIM cards left

The spreadsheet

Who has which number is in the portal and in the ITSM platform

Digging afterwards

Connections without a user stand out instead of running on

Expense claims

Travel bundles run through the portal, not through receipts for local SIM cards

Invoice surprises

Thresholds and caps step in before usage mounts up

The step that hurts

that is where we start

Which step takes up most of your time right now?

Start with that step. In half an hour we can tell whether it can be integrated and what that takes.
