IoT & M2M
Fixed connectivity for equipment: tills and card payments in retail, backup internet at a site, and IT applications that cannot depend on the fixed line.
Portals, APIs, automation
In most organisations mobile connectivity is still manual work: requests by email, SIM cards in a drawer, a spreadsheet of who has what. RoamIQ replaces that with a portal and a set of integrations, and can supply the connection itself if you want it.

The lifecycle
The HR system reports a new employee. The profile is issued digitally, pushed to the device through Intune or Jamf and registered as an asset in the ITSM platform. No request, no stock, no ticket.
Employees see their own plan, usage and costs, swap a SIM themselves and order a Travelsim themselves. IT sees the same, per user and per country, with alerts before a trip gets expensive.
When a leaver signal comes in, the connection is deactivated remotely or transferred to a successor. The records follow automatically. Nobody has to work out afterwards which numbers are still running.
What sits underneath
The portal is the visible side. Underneath sits a set of integrations with the systems the organisation already runs, plus an API that can call everything the portal itself does. We are not tied to a single operator, so switching contracts does not affect any of it.
See the integrations →Insight and control
Everything that is switched on appears in the same view: mobile connections, IoT cards and Starlink terminals. You see what is running, what it costs and where something is stuck.
All connections, users and sites in one list, including Starlink terminals
Data, costs and trends per user, department or site
Thresholds per profile or group, alerts on high usage or outage, and a hard cap if you want one
View, change, pause or relocate service lines and terminals
Exports and scheduled reports for IT, finance and HR
Every view and every action in the portal is available through the API to feed your own systems
The user
IT and HR keep their insight and control, but employees do not need them to get anything done. Through SSO they log in with the account they already have. No form, no ticket, no waiting.
Works with or without MDM. With Intune or Jamf the profile rolls out automatically; without it, the portal delivers the eSIM by email. The process around it stays the same.
And the connection itself
Available separately, or alongside an existing operator contract. Multiple network partners per country, fully digital provisioning.
Fixed connectivity for equipment: tills and card payments in retail, backup internet at a site, and IT applications that cannot depend on the fixed line.
Temporary connectivity outside the EU, issued digitally and ordered from the portal. It activates on arrival and switches off on return.
For employees who travel internationally on a regular basis: one connection per person, worldwide coverage, usage and costs in one place.

Are you a telecom operator or reseller?
Operators and resellers offer the same portal to their own business customers, white-label, keeping the customer relationship and the billing. We stay the company behind the software.
RoamIQ B.V. is based in Rotterdam. The platform and data centres sit within the EU; account and usage data are not processed outside it.
Start with that step. In half an hour we can tell whether it can be integrated and what that takes.
