Integrations
We connect to the systems you already use
No extra admin process alongside. The HR system passes on joiners and leavers, identity handles access, MDM puts the profile on the device and ITSM keeps the records. Our platform sits in between.
Five categories
Telecom integrations with HR, identity, MDM and ITSM
HR systems
joiner, mover and leaver signals
A new employee in the HR system is the trigger for the connection; a leaving date is the trigger to deactivate or transfer it. Nobody has to report it separately as well.
IAM and SSO
access and identity
Users and administrators log in with the account they already have. Permissions follow the groups in the identity platform, so you manage them in one place and not again in our portal.
MDM: Intune and Jamf
rollout and remote management
The eSIM profile is pushed to the device through the existing MDM, without anyone copying and pasting an activation code. If an organisation works without MDM, the portal delivers the eSIM by email; the rest of the process stays the same.
ITSM
assets and tickets
Connections appear as assets in the service management platform and stay up to date there. Changes made in the portal do not have to be logged again as a ticket.
Operator APIs
whoever supplies the connection
We are not tied to one network. If the contract runs through a different operator, or is switched, the integration underneath changes and the process above it does not.
How an integration runs
From first conversation to live in production
-
01
Discovery
We look at which systems are in place, which step costs the most manual work today and which integration makes the fastest difference there.
-
02
Configuration
The portal, roles and permissions are configured, and the integrations are built and tested in a separate environment.
-
03
Live
The first group of users moves over, then the rest. Adding another integration can happen later, without reconfiguring everything.
No standard integration available
Then you build it yourself on the API
Everything the portal can do also works machine to machine: read connections, create orders, push through changes, retrieve usage and receive webhooks. Useful for organisations with their own service portal or data warehouse.
More about the API →- REST JSON, per environment
- Keys Permissions per integration
- Webhooks Events to your own system
- EU hosting Logging and auditing
Which integration would save you the most?
Name the system and the step that is manual today, and we will tell you whether and how we connect to it.
