Telecom management for organisations, explained

Between your operator contract and your employees' phones sits work that nobody really owns: arranging an eSIM, cancelling a line, working out who a charge on the invoice belongs to. Usually it runs on emails, tickets and a spreadsheet.

These pages show where that work gets stuck, and what changes when it no longer depends on someone remembering: fewer tickets for IT, no loose ends for HR when someone leaves, costs in the right place for finance.

Where the work gets stuck

Roll out business eSIMs without manual work for IT

A new colleague, a new phone, a lost phone: all without the service desk forwarding codes.

Cancel mobile subscriptions when employees leave

The account is closed, but the line keeps running. Unless cancelling starts by itself.

Telecom costs per cost centre, without the monthly puzzle

The invoice shows numbers. Budget holders want names, departments and cost centres.

What is telecom management?

Telecom management covers everything around an organisation's telephony, from contracts and procurement to day-to-day management. Valvarius focuses on that day-to-day work: requesting and cancelling lines, issuing eSIMs, allocating costs and spotting numbers with no usage. Mobile, and fixed telephony too.

What does Valvarius by RoamIQ do?

Valvarius by RoamIQ is the telecom management portal where that work comes together. It shows who has which number and what it costs, and with Jamf also which device. It works alongside your operator and your MDM, uses the account employees already sign in with, and runs in the EU. RoamIQ does not sell telephony subscriptions itself.

Which of these four takes up most of your time?

Start there. In a half-hour meeting we'll look at where things get stuck for you, and what could run by itself. No preparation needed. In the Netherlands we come to your office; elsewhere we meet on Microsoft Teams.
